Postage and packaging
All our live and frozen baits are shipped with the utmost care. All our baits are shipped and delivered within 24 hours of packing within protective packaging. Frozen baits are packed with Dry Ice to keep temperatures below freezing upon arrival.
When my bait arrives
Please carefully open your package as soon as you are able to in order to check your contents. All bait is packed fresh and dispatched to ensure you get bait as fresh/still frozen as possible. If under any circumstances, you feel your bait is not fresh/frozen, please call us straight away providing photos. We will help you from this point.
